Normally I’m leaving a negative review when it comes to McDonald’s however tonight is very different! In the last 6 months, I’ve visited quite a few different stores in the Hunter, port Stephens and Maitland areas and have had to call and complain for every single one. Tonight, I went to jesmond and ordered a double cheeseburger meal and could not fault anything! Fries were crispy, hot all the way to the bottom and salted just right, the burger was fresh and hot and just delicious and the drink was exactly what I asked for instead of being the wrong one, team that up with both of the young ladies at the drive thru being pleasant and serving with a smile and overall this was the best experience I’ve had with any McDonald’s store in a very long time! Well done Jesmond McDonald’s team. Keep up the standards you served up tonight :)

plenty of car park spaces. Cook a little bit slow at 4pm. Atmosphere normal but there is the kid playground.

Come here every Monday morning for a hot chocolate and every time it’s always great and the drive thru is always fast. The drive thru does take a bit sometimes but otherwise it’s fine!

Food is usually fresh and hot from here (well as fresh as McDonald's can be ). Service is sometimes friendly and helpful. Always prompt.

This was my first time at this McDonald's since it opened and I will definitely return. Nice atmosphere inside and out. Felt like it may be jammed into a corner of real estate but once I stepped inside I found it to be a great place to relax and charge my battery.
